Former Police Community Support officer jailed – Katherine Robinson defends

The defendant Simon Smith, used his role at Humberside Police to repeatedly contact vulnerable women and form inappropriate sexual relations with them.

The offences took place over a ten-year-period.

Smith was sentenced to two years and ten months at Hull Crown Court after admitting three counts of misconduct.

Katherine Robinson was defence counsel in the case.
