Gemma Meredith Davies joins PSQB Family Team
Park Square BarristersWe are delighted to announce that Gemma Meredith Davies will be joining Park Square Barristers on 11 March 2024.
Gemma was called to the Bar in 2007 and specialises in both public and private law children matters.
Gemma regularly represents Local Authorities, parents and children in care and adoption proceedings.
She has extensive experience of lengthy contested final/finding of fact hearings, being frequently instructed in matters involving sexual abuse, inflicted injury, domestic abuse, emotional harm, and serious neglect. Within the public law arena, Gemma has developed a particular interest in cases involving an international element.Gemma has significant experience in dealing with matters involving alleged parental alienation, high conflict, allegations of domestic abuse (including allegations of rape) and relocation cases (internal and external).In addition, Gemma sits part time as a Deputy District Judge on the North Eastern Circuit (appointed 2022 Family: private & public and Civil).
