Ian Hudson, Chris Moran & Rukhshanda Hussain Secure Acquittals in Complex Drugs Case

Ian Hudson, Chris Moran and Rukhshanda Hussain represented 3 defendants in a 7 week trial which culminated in not guilty verdicts on 8^th June 2017.

It was said by the Prosecution that all 3 defendants had been involved in an organised criminal gang to supply Class A drugs in the Harrogate area for a 9 month period. The case involved the extensive use of surveillance evidence, telephone data and cell site analysis.
