Inquest into the death of Jacob Billington concludes.

Jacob Billington was unlawfully killed on 6th September 2020.

On Friday the 8th of march 2024 the two-week inquest touching on the death of Mr Billington concluded.

He was one of eight people stabbed in Birmingham city centre by Zephania McCloud, who had a severe and enduring mental health illness.

Janine Wolstenholme was instructed by His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service.
