Joseph Hudson Appointed to the CPS Counter-Terrorism Panel

Joe has been appointed as a counter-terrorism prosecutor at Level 3. This appointment comes as a result of Joe’s experience prosecuting and defending serious and complex crime on the North Eastern Circuit and his work as counsel to the UK Covid-19 Inquiry and the Undercover Policing Inquiry.

Joe is security cleared to SC level and his workload increasingly involves cases with a national security dimension.

This success follows Joe’s recent appointment to the CPS RASSO panel at Level 3.
