Kate Wilson appointed as Assistant Coroner

We are delighted to announce that Kate Wilson has been appointed as Assistant Coroner to the Liverpool and Wirral Area.

Kate will sit part time whilst continuing with her busy inquest and civil practice. She regularly acts for interested persons including families, local authorities, prisons and individuals at all stages of coronial proceedings, often in inquests where Article 2 is engaged.

Kate’s appointment is further recognition of her expertise in inquests and coronial law. Kate is ranked in Tier 1 of the Legal 500 (2021).
