Kirsten Mercer represents interested person at the Inquest into the Reading Terror Attacks at the Old Bailey.

The inquests into the deaths of three friends who were killed during a terrorist attack in Forbury Gardens in Reading in June 2020 have begun.

Judge Coroner Sir Adrian Fulford is sitting at the Old Bailey to hear the inquests.

The criminal proceedings arising from the attack concluded in January 2021 when The Honourable Mr Justice Sweeney imposed a whole life term on the perpetrator of the attacks for the murder of James Furlong, Joseph Ritchie-Bennett and David Wails.

Kirsten Mercer is instructed to attend throughout the proceedings which are expected to last for six weeks.
