Naomi McLoughlin Successful on Appeal Against a Final Child Arrangements Order

Naomi McLoughlin represented the Father at the final hearing where the final order had been for indirect contact only.

An appeal was made on the basis that the procedure had not been properly followed and the analysis informing the recommendation for indirect contact only was deficient.

The Circuit Judge agreed and found it was in the interests of justice to allow the appeal and ordered a re-hearing to determine whether the Father should have direct contact with his child..’
