Richard Wright QC secures acquittal in Manslaughter case
Park Square BarristersRichard Wright QC represented Jamie Loftus in Manslaughter Trial at Leeds Crown Court before HHJ Bayliss QC.
The case involved the death of Terry Bailey following an incident out Leeds Train station in August last year.
Mr Wright QC was instructed by O’Garra’s Solicitors.
The jury acquitted Loftus following a 5 day trial.
