Simon Anderson has provided expert analysis on Radio 5 Live this morning following the Court of Appeal Judgment on a high profile Non-disclosure agreement.

Non-Disclosure agreements (NDA) are a legal contract between parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to, or by third parties.

NDA’s have been under the media spotlight of late due the “#Me Too movement” – and the concern that the use of a non-disclosure agreement was preventing accusers from allegations of sexual misconduct.
