Simon Anderson secures £360,000 award for employee who sued the National Grid for sexual harassment
Park Square BarristersThe claimant, Emma Tahir, brought complaints of wrongful constructive dismissal, harassment and victimisation against her Employer.
Tahir, who was employed as a trainee project supervisor for the National Grid, told the Employment tribunal in Hull that she has been repeatedly sexually harassed by her manager.
Simon Anderson successfully acted for the claimant.
After ruling in her favour, the tribunal awarded Tahir £357,000 in damages.
