Andrew Mitchell appointed to be a District Judge

We are delighted to announce that The Queen has appointed Andrew Mitchell to be a District Judge. District Judge Andrew Mitchell was called to the Bar in 1991 and was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.

PART 36 of the CPR – Offers are changing

Part 36 of the Civil Procedure Rules encourages parties to settle their disputes.
