PSQB’s deputy head of chambers, Kama Melly QC, along with the head of the family team, Charlotte Worsley, will be holding a 2 hour seminar on the 10th March.

High Court Judge made the findings sought by the Local Authority and ruled two parents to be in the pool of perpetrators for causing injuries to their baby and to have deliberately sought to mislead medical professionals.

Charlotte Worsley (Head of Team) instructed by Ramsdens Solicitors for the Mother and Natalia Perrett instructed by Ridley and Hall for the Father successfully reunited a 2 ½ year old child with his parents after a two-year fight. The child was represented by Victoria James through their Children’s Guardian, instructed by Jordans Solicitors.
