PSQB Members deliver training on Deprivation of Liberty & Children

Members of the Court of Protection and Family teams delivered a seminar on 20 March 2024 to over 100 delegates.
Ayshea Megyery delivered a talk on authorising a deprivation of liberty for those under 18 and considered when to use the Court of Protection and when to use the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court.
Emily Reed delivered a talk on the boundaries of parental responsibility in circumstances when a child might be deprived of their liberty.
